Four Grain Straight Whiskey is one of the staple brown spirits for The Block. Made with a mash bill of oats, red and white wheat, rye, and malted barley. Straight means it is aged for a minimum of two years.
The first release for our Every Damn Drop series was a VSOP Pear Brandy. VSOP means at least 4 years old.
We took the 2 year old Four Grain and put it on the Pear Brandy cask for 6 months.
