When The Block Distilling Co. set out to make gin we quickly came to realize there were too many amazing botanicals, citrus, and spices to play with. How could we restrict ourselves to just one gin? We didn't. We created four, with each being The Block's expression of the season. Starting with The Block Vodka as a base the botanicals are macerated at room temperature to ensure we only extract the best of the flavors. Most consider gin a warm weather spirit. So when The Block decided to create seasonal expressions we knew Autumn would be incredibly unique. Filled with spices like clove, cardamom, peppercorn, and cinnamon this gin creates a phenomenal dirty gin martini. However, this long finish and rich complexity make it our favorite in a Negroni.
